Module 2 



 

In Module Two, we dive into the essential knowledge you need to work confidently within the NDIS. We explore the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue, and walk through how to interpret an NDIS plan—including understanding budget allocations.

You will also learn about the NDIS “What We Fund” and “What We Don’t Fund” guidelines, helping you identify the types of supports you can offer in alignment with participant funding. Additionally, we introduce the Operational Guidelines that underpin the scheme to strengthen your understanding of NDIS requirements.

Module Three


 

In Module Three, we focus on the intake and onboarding process for new participants, exploring the most effective and efficient ways to manage this stage of service delivery. By using clear documentation and strong business administration practices, you’ll learn how to streamline onboarding and create a smooth, professional experience for both you and your participants.

Module Four


 

In Module Four, we explore your reporting obligations as an independent support worker. This includes understanding how to complete support worker progress notes, incident reports, and documentation using the ABC model of behaviour. We also examine incident reporting requirements under the NDIS framework and discuss how you can apply these principles in an adaptive way as a non-registered provider.
